Partnerships
If you run a marina, operate tours, sell boats or provide nautical services, use the partnership form on the home page. The website form is exclusively for new partnerships — it is not a customer service channel.
Frequently asked questions
I cannot sign in to my account.
Use "Forgot my password" on the login screen. If the email does not arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder. If the problem persists, write to the address above with your registered email.
My payment was declined.
Check the card details, the available limit and whether your bank blocked the transaction for security. If it keeps failing, contact us in the app chat.
I want to cancel an order.
Open the order in the app and choose cancel. The conditions depend on the policy shown in the offer at the time of booking.
The service was not as advertised.
Open a support conversation from the order itself. We will mediate with the partner, with access to the history.
I have not received my refund.
Approved refunds return to the original payment method. The time depends on your card issuer and usually takes between 5 and 30 days. After that, contact us.
I want to delete my account.
